Where our reviews
come from
Reviews that live only on a company's own website are worth very little, because the company chooses which ones appear. Ours are collected through an independent review platform and displayed here as they were written.
That means we cannot delete a bad one, and we would not want to. If something went wrong on your move, we would rather it was visible and answered than quietly removed.
