Yuvello is a UK estate agency without a high street. Our agents are experienced professionals running their own businesses under their own names, with the brand, technology and support of a national agency behind them.
The idea
Why we built it this way
The best estate agents are usually the ones who have been doing it longest in one area. They know which streets flood, which schools people move for, and what a house is really worth. For most of them, the only two options have been to stay in a branch and hand over most of what they earn, or go completely alone and lose the brand, the systems and the support.
Yuvello exists to remove that choice. Our agents keep their own name and most of their commission, and get a national brand, modern technology and a real team behind them.
For you as a customer, the effect is simple: you get an experienced agent who is personally accountable for your property, rather than a branch where your file moves between whoever is free.
